I purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-9 from Phillip and also with the help of Ashley 2 years ago. We love the vehicle and the buying experience- it was seamless and no pressure at all. I am giving a 3 due to few things. The communication definitely needs work on. It was a complex situation I understand but being promised one thing. They fix the situation and came to middle ground. I definitely found a good car on their lot though by finding my car I got from them on carfax. I been enjoying my car and trade in my old car that was giving me a headache. I just hope going forward they be more open to more communication channels for future customers if one gets busy to work with a customer.

I had a great experience in my 2 visits. I felt no pressure while I made my decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, I was out the door in two hours which for me is a record time. All the staff was extremely friendly and informative.

My husband and I bought a CX-50 Hybrid here last weekend and had an incredible experience the whole time. The car salesman who took care of us name is Eric. He listened to us, answered all of our questions, was patient with us while we test drove and looked at multiple vehicles, and was very polite. Felt no pressure to get extra packages they may try to sell you either. All in all, Germain Mazda West is a great car dealership to get a vehicle from!
Got an oil change and tire rotation. Technician checked brakes, struts, fluid levels, etc. the customer service is top notch...but pricey.

All went well. Only issue was length of time to get a tire replacement. Took 2 days instead of 1. But, I'm guessing that is beyond Germain's control and understandable.
There is a reason this dealership has a near perfect customer rating. The level of commitment to their guest experience is literally unmatched and I walk away from the service department every time absolutely floored by how much they care about the product and service they’re providing.

John was very nice, polite and helpful. I live an hour and a half away. My issue is with the vehicle. In less than 24hrs my neither turn signal works, my brights don't work, my check engine light came on today, and my rear drivers break light doesn't work. I've only driven this vehicle 3x since yesterday!
