So far my experience at Germain Mazda West has been amazing and, for my first time using the service department, Ron was amazing from initial appointment scheduling to vehicle pick up. I left my lunchbox in the loaner and came back to get it the next day only to find that Ron and his service buddies ate my lunch. He then asked me to bring him more food. The nerve. Excellent friendly service. I had a long nail in my tire, Germain Mazda was able to accommodate same day service and got me in and out in about an hour. I especially loved the thank you box 🗃️ of candy left on the dashboard after the service was completed: that was a nice touch.
Jo did a great job answering my questions and handling my service appt. Ron who I've also worked with previously is also a great service manager as well.
This Mazda location is well maintained and kept clean. The staff is kind, inviting and properly trained to cater a great service to their clients. I received service at this location twice. On my first visit I had some routine maintenance completed by Ron and the service mechanics. For my second visit Ron was able to help me again. I am very happy with my experience with their service center. I took my car in for it's first oil change and they did a tire rotation and full inspection of my vehicle and make it even better, they recorded all of the inspections and sent the video to my email. That makes me feel very safe with their service and definitely builds trust. Everyone is very friendly here as well. I love it!

I was amazed that I was able to get my vehicle in right away for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told an hour or an hour and a half. It was ready and washed in an hour!

I took my Mazda 5 in for the first maintenance since I bought it. It was easy - drive in, spend some time in the waiting room, drive out. Car is running great and the service report tells me all.I need to know. 😀 Update: Took my car in for the second maintenance. It was just as easy and everyone is helpful and friendly. I recently learned that GERMAIN Mazda West located recently 5 minutes away. This saves me a half hour of driving. They not only took care of my auto purchase after my lease expired, but I took my car in for regular maintenance and I knew the cost ahead of and it was completed. They were also kind enough to me an estimate on brakes in the future.

Service at Germain was great. Jessica was really awesome and helped us get fixed up when we had an issue while on a roadtrip. The service was fast and reasonably priced. No big sales push either.
I had an appointment for an oil change, it was the day after all the car dealerships got hacked. So they had no computers working, but they took my car in immediately, it was done in a timely manner! There were no delays and everything went very smooth.
I purchased a used vehicle for my son at the Germain Mazda West location and I had a small issue with the vehicle. I contacted Management and they went above and beyond my expectations to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this location to others on future purchases. I will be shopping for my next automobile at this location.

We drove down from Ft. Wayne, IN in search of a Honda pilot. Philip took us to look at one at Mazda and it wasn't what we wanted but he looked at the other Germain dealerships and found some available, and we found the perfect one at Germain VW. Thankful that Germain still let us work with Philip even though the car wasn't at his dealership. The process was smooth and he was great to work with! Thankful for Philip and the Germain crew for making the process seamless.

I just had my 2010 Mazda 3 serviced at Germain West and couldn't be happier. I worked with Ron P. and James(tech). Both were very professional and kept me informed the whole time. There were no surprises, and they even provided me with a loaner car. I would highly recommend Germain.
Our sales representative was fantastic. 5 stars out of 5. We were surprised by all the add ons when we got to financing department. This should have been done before or at least a heads up. Having a dozen options / add one $$$$$ / surprise decisions added to price of car is havoc for a buyer. I can tell you that we were very pleased with our sales person. Only time will tell us how happy we are with Germain Mazda West.

The used car I went to see ended up being a little more beat up then the photos online showed (no AC, rust, broken back window wiper). But the people were very nice and helpful. Phillip was patient while we figured out insurance for the test drive. Pulled up the Carfax for me and even looked for other vehicles in the area that fit my needs!
Skyler was Great! Did not pressure us into talking numbers , listened to us, and overall was a very nice person. Germain worked with us some on numbers and in the end everything worked out great. If you are looking to buy a car Germain West is a great location with great staff.
Went to Germain Mazda West with my daughter to buy her a car for college. Purchased an older 2011 CX-9. Could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Very helpful, professional, courteous. We bought probably the cheapest car on the lot, but you would have never known by way they treated us. Would recommend this dealer without hesitation.
While shopping for the first car for a high school grad, I stopped by Germain Mazda after an online search. Although the car we were interested in wasn't a good fit our salesperson Kyra suggested a car that precisely fit the need. She was super professional, friendly and patient. I felt zero pressure. I had a wonderful service experience! I was greeted when I walked in the door and immediately was set up with a loaner car!! Wow!! What a terrific surprise, I had leased an Audi previously and was never given a loaner!! Even when they had to keep my car for 2 weeks trying to determine why my car alarm was going off at random times.
I found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful during the buying process. In addition, they have a tremendous customer snack bar!
