I see now why they have 4.9 stars. Got a 2020 GMC Terrain from Mike. He was awesome, made everything super simple and straightforward. I knew what I wanted already, went in and test drove it, went over the paperwork and was out of there in a little over an hour. Very next day my brakes started having issues, buying used it’s a risk you take. I called them and took it in immediately, they had it fixed in less than 2 days free of charge and gave me a 2026 Mazda as a loaner. 5/5 experience and Ill definitely be back.

The Sales Representative (Mike) and Internet manager (Connor) are very much friendly and cooperative. They are easily accomodating to any request like multiple test drives on the same vehicle, and complying with the customer requests to check on any concern engaging even shop technician to eliminate any confusion customer could have. I highly appreciate their friendliness and professionalism.
John was super friendly and worked with us to get us the best deal possible.

Jacob did amazing on the full inspection of our Subaru Crosstrek. He outlined all of the parts that could use updating in a video, provided a list of repairs and told us we had options. We were able to use Mazda’s financing program to slowly pay off our repairs. Well done and amazing service.
The staff were all so kind and helpful from the time I entered the dealership until I left. I test drove over a dozen cars in a two period and never felt like I was a bother to them. I stated up front that I wanted to take my time and they made that happen with no pressure and plenty of up front comparisons so I could make an informed purchase!

The online sales team was great to work with in advance of our visit. Once we had alignment on price, our time at the dealership was fantastic! The whole experience was first class. Logan (our salesman) went above and beyond the entire visit until we drove off with our vehicle!

I had a great experience. I emailed their team to open a price negotiation and their reply was quick and reasonable. They scheduled me for a test drive which went smoothly and they never tried to change or complicate the deal we had agreed upon by email. Connor was great by email and Skyler was a great salesperson for the drive and purchase.
Journey to buy a new Miata started months ago. The folks here searched all over the state to locate one with the packages I wanted, but none were available. After a couple weeks,we decided it would be necessary to order one.

I am giving a 3 due to few things. The communication definitely needs work on. It was a complex situation I understand but being promised one thing. They fix the situation and came to middle ground. I definitely found a good car on their lot though by finding my car I got from them on carfax. I been enjoying my car and trade in my old car that was giving me a headache. I had a great experience in my 2 visits. I felt no pressure while I made my decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, I was out the door in two hours which for me is a record time. All the staff was extremely friendly and informative.

My husband and I bought a CX-50 Hybrid here last weekend and had an incredible experience the whole time. The car salesman who took care of us name is Eric. He listened to us, answered all of our questions, was patient with us while we test drove and looked at multiple vehicles, and was very polite. Felt no pressure to get extra packages they may try to sell you either. All in all, Germain Mazda West is a great car dealership to get a vehicle from!
Got an oil change and tire rotation. Technician checked brakes, struts, fluid levels, etc. the customer service is top notch...but pricey.
