Very professional and courteous. Ron the service manager had a rough time with the warranty company but always kept us up to date with everything going on. In the end he was able to get them to fix everything with 0 charges to us. I was provided a brand new 2025 cx50 (amazing vehicle) as my courtesy vehicle. Highly recommend these guys for all your mazda needs.
This appointment was exactly how I would expect service to be. The service advisors are polite and helpful. the waiting room was comfortable with a nice selection of refreshments. The work was completed on time, with text video to accompany the written report. I will continue to use them to take care of my Mazda.

Quickly identified the problem with my wife’s A/C. Estimate was reasonable and the final bill was as well. Only had to wait for the part to arrive, other than that the service was very quickly performed.

Took my mazda cx 5 in for oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job and appointment was on time, plus their waiting area has free snacks and drinks.

Great experience with the service at Gemain Mazda West. When they do inspections they send you a video from the mechanic going over inspection points on the car, including recommendations and important data like tire tread depth, brake life, etc. Got in and out super quick, was reasonably priced, no problems at all. Would absolutely recommend taking your Mazda vehicles here for service

I had an unexpected repair and Ron and his team made every accommodation to get me in for crucial work to be done. My entire experience from start to finish was the best I’ve ever had with a service department. I drive 40 minutes to the dealership and will continue to do so for my maintenance and potential repairs. I’d give 6 stars is that were an option.

So far my experience at Germain Mazda West has been amazing and, for my first time using the service department, Ron was amazing from initial appointment scheduling to vehicle pick up. I left my lunchbox in the loaner and came back to get it the next day only to find that Ron and his service buddies ate my lunch. He then asked me to bring him more food. The nerve. Excellent friendly service. I had a long nail in my tire, Germain Mazda was able to accommodate same day service and got me in and out in about an hour. I especially loved the thank you box 🗃️ of candy left on the dashboard after the service was completed: that was a nice touch.

This Mazda location is well maintained and kept clean. The staff is kind, inviting and properly trained to cater a great service to their clients. I received service at this location twice. On my first visit I had some routine maintenance completed by Ron and the service mechanics. For my second visit Ron was able to help me again. I am very happy with my experience with their service center. I took my car in for it's first oil change and they did a tire rotation and full inspection of my vehicle and make it even better, they recorded all of the inspections and sent the video to my email. That makes me feel very safe with their service and definitely builds trust. Everyone is very friendly here as well. I love it!

I was amazed that I was able to get my vehicle in right away for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told an hour or an hour and a half. It was ready and washed in an hour!

I took my Mazda 5 in for the first maintenance since I bought it. It was easy - drive in, spend some time in the waiting room, drive out. Car is running great and the service report tells me all.I need to know. 😀 Update: Took my car in for the second maintenance. It was just as easy and everyone is helpful and friendly. I recently learned that GERMAIN Mazda West located recently 5 minutes away. This saves me a half hour of driving. They not only took care of my auto purchase after my lease expired, but I took my car in for regular maintenance and I knew the cost ahead of and it was completed. They were also kind enough to me an estimate on brakes in the future.
