Ron, Sam, Jess and the rest of the team at the service center are the best of the best! I can not say enough amazing things about them. I put a lot of miles on my car for work, so I see them frequently for my oil changes and they treat me like family every time I'm in! I always want Sam to take my car for service appts (I'm sure everyone else is great too - she's just my girl!) and she always does such a fantastic and thorough job. Recently I traded my old CX-5 for a new one and worked with Skyler. He was super easy to work with and not pushy at all! It made the overall purchase experience super smooth. No one likes buying a new car, but Skyler made it less terrible haha! My husband and I have both been so impressed with Germain Mazda West! They truly care and it really shows! We have bought multiple Mazda's from them and will continue to do so! I can not say enough great things about them!

I love going to Germain Mazda West that's where I purchase my first Mazda with that being said I took my car in to be serviced oil change tire rotation you know things that you supposed to do and I love the staff there they're very kind friendly and very respectful I love talking to everyone there. They made be feel very welcoming and very comfortable. I love for the fact that they leave you a video of everything that is being done on your car and show you want needs to be replaced or to let you know that the next time you come in make sure you have this service done, and they also wash your vehicle and always leave a cute little gift box with candy inside saying thank you for letting us service your vehicle 😉 I just want to give a shout out to the service department I always like coming there and talking to everyone you always make me feel like I'm part of the Mazda family !!! I had a great experience in my 2 visits. I felt no pressure while I made my decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, I was out the door in two hours which for me is a record time. All the staff was extremely friendly and informative.

I had a great experience. I emailed their team to open a price negotiation and their reply was quick and reasonable. They scheduled me for a test drive which went smoothly and they never tried to change or complicate the deal we had agreed upon by email. Connor was great by email and Skyler was a great salesperson for the drive and purchase.
