I love going to Germain Mazda West that's where I
I love going to Germain Mazda West that's where I purchase my first Mazda with that being said I took my car in to be serviced oil change tire rotation you know things that you supposed to do and I love the staff there they're very kind friendly and very respectful I love talking to everyone there. They made be feel very welcoming and very comfortable. I love for the fact that they leave you a video of everything that is being done on your car and show you want needs to be replaced or to let you know that the next time you come in make sure you have this service done, and they also wash your vehicle and always leave a cute little gift box with candy inside saying thank you for letting us service your vehicle 😉 I just want to give a shout out to the service department I always like coming there and talking to everyone you always make me feel like I'm part of the Mazda family !!! John was very nice, polite and helpful. I live an hour and a half away. My issue is with the vehicle. In less than 24hrs my neither turn signal works, my brights don't work, my check engine light came on today, and my rear drivers break light doesn't work. I've only driven this vehicle 3x since yesterday!

Mike O’Brien is an amazing and professional salesperson. I had issues with the second key fob and had to make an additional trip to Columbus. The key cutter was not working that day. They made the fob at another location and personally delivered that fob to me. Mike had promised a full tank of gas the day I drove to Columbus but that didn’t happen. I am expecting reimbursement for that expense. The overall experience was positive and would recommend this dealer!
