Ron, Sam, Jess and the rest of the team at the service center are the best of the best! I can not say enough amazing things about them. I put a lot of miles on my car for work, so I see them frequently for my oil changes and they treat me like family every time I'm in! I always want Sam to take my car for service appts (I'm sure everyone else is great too - she's just my girl!) and she always does such a fantastic and thorough job. Recently I traded my old CX-5 for a new one and worked with Skyler. He was super easy to work with and not pushy at all! It made the overall purchase experience super smooth. No one likes buying a new car, but Skyler made it less terrible haha! My husband and I have both been so impressed with Germain Mazda West! They truly care and it really shows! We have bought multiple Mazda's from them and will continue to do so! I can not say enough great things about them!

Once in the dealership, Skyler, Conner and Ashley took great care of us and even went above and beyond putting a big red bow on the car when we picked it up after purchase.

Mike O’Brien is an amazing and professional salesperson. I had issues with the second key fob and had to make an additional trip to Columbus. The key cutter was not working that day. They made the fob at another location and personally delivered that fob to me. Mike had promised a full tank of gas the day I drove to Columbus but that didn’t happen. I am expecting reimbursement for that expense. The overall experience was positive and would recommend this dealer!
